No longer enabling sheet notification in ALL GAMES due to December 2018 usability test results. Instead, Games Tokens Fanfare will suffice to message users.
Sheet notification on Home will still be there.

December 2018 - Usability Study showed that parents with Junior kids would read the sheet notifications, but older kids on their own missed them.
