Does not need:

Team that works on ABC Feedback page is not able to implement until Dec at the earliest
will look at launching on support site first and expanding

Questions:

do we need OneID (doesn't support IE) - deprioritize
what is the min browser support
- not supporting IE saves most in QA
- lightens load of Bot to exclude IE
What is fallback for external sites (v2 doesn't have fallback on non-help site sites)
- need ticket to capture what fallback would be in the script/code provided
