Roku Technical Design Constraints
- The enlarging of the slide when its in focus will most likely run us into similar issues as when we apply the enlarging of content thumbnails
- Images don't scale up well on Roku making them gritty on HD and SD screens and we can't enable a native focus state when we try to combine enlarging and border effect—its either one or the other
- A good example of an app that has a slideshow that feels great (native focus) is STARZ has almost the same look your going for just different aspect ratio for the slide images
