Goal

To brand some of DisneyNOW's error messages with a character to make them more fun.

Open Questions

Is there an easy way for devs on their end to identify which error messages have the #BUMMER copy? That would help us catch further screens that may need the copy update and Mickey image implemented.

Audit

Note: Title of all errors where the heading is currently "#BUMMER" should be changed to "UH-OH"

Lengthier #BUMMER messages should not include the Mickey image.

Web-Only Scenarios for Error Message to add Mickey

403 Error - https://disneynow.go.com/403
- Scenario 1 - Content not in JR mode when user is in JR mode
- Scenario 2 - Unsure but there’s another use case
- Change button to something like “See more shows"

For 404 errors	YES Mickey Title: Uh-Oh Subtitle: We couldn’t find that page. But we can find your favorite show! (link to shows just like we do currently)
For 403 Errors	Title: Uh-Oh Subtitle: You don't have access to this content. Let's find you another show! (link to shows just like we do currently)

No Mickey image needed examples:

Screen: On Now

Title: No Access (Roku, Web, Mobile, tvOS) or #BUMMER (Fire/Android TV)

Subtitle: Your TV Provider subscription does not include access to Disney Channel, Disney Junior, and Disney XD.

Screen: On Now

Title: #BUMMER —> Change “No Access” to #BUMMER?

We use “No Access” as the title for other On Now messages in certain platforms.

Subtitle: This show is blocked by parental rating settings.

You can try again when the next show begins.
