Refunds/Voids should NEVER be processed in Vantiv/Worldpay for any reason at any time.
If a viewer requests a refund on a deleted account, please utilize the approved Legal verbiage:
"I'm sorry but we're not able to offer you a refund. As explained in Section 4.4 of Hulu’s Terms of Service, if you cancel your subscription, you are not eligible for a refund.”
