This document captures the various interactions the PSRs have with the support tools for DI products. The tools captured here are Sleepy Giant tool (DIsney Infinity), GSAT (Marvel: Avengers Alliance and Star Wars Commander) and Team Tools (Club Penguin). This document will describe the tools and various portions therein, their intended functionality and typical PSR interactions with each portion.
Sleepy Giant tool (Disney Infinity)
The sleepy giant tool is the main tool used for providing support Disney Infinity.
- Disney ID info
- this portion of the tool provides DISID information from Nautilus (the blue tool).
- The PSRs primarily use this data dump to determine the user's SWID if they searched by username or display name.
- Linked accounts
- Console-only
- Showed linked accounts from video game consoles that have been linked to Disney Infinity.
- The main interaction for this portion of the tool is to be able to link/unlink accounts.
- Generally the PSRs would remove and re-link an account if the console game is out-of-sync with Disney Infinity.
- Code redemption
- Read-only
- Provides a listing of all the codes that the user may have redeemed to unlock in-game characters, items, etc. in a tabular format.
- The PSRs use this primarily as a verification in the scenario that a redeemed item does not unlock, so that the PSR may manually add the item to the user's account.
- Inventory
- Consists of a master list of items and a list of the items possessed by the user.
- PSRs can add an item to the user's inventory by selecting from the master list, selecting Add as the operation and optionally enter a note.
- PSRs can remove an item from the user's inventory by selecting the item to be removed, select Remove as the operation and optionally enter a note.
- The note does not currently appear in the UI and is not visible.
- The PSR can also adjust the quantity of an item the user possesses (although currently this does not work in the tool). It is also not a viable scenario for Disney Infinity as the user will only have one instance of a character. Increasing the quantity in this situation is not sensible.
- Spark
- Spark represents in-game currency in Disney Infinity (PC only).
- The PSR may give the user in-game currency by entering the amount and submitting.
- The PSR may also change the user's in-game currency by entering a change amount (positive or negative). So entering a change of (-1000) will remove 1000 units of in-game currency from the user.
- PC Shop Transactions
- Lists micro-transactions for the user in a read-only tabular grid.
- Toyboxes
- Toyboxes represent in-game user generated content (UGC) within Disney Infinity.
- The user's toyboxes are listed here in a read-only tabular grid with their status (published, submitted, rejected).
GSAT tool
The GSAT tool is used by PSRs to support Marvel: Avengers Alliance and StarWars Commander.
- Transactions
- PSRs can refund purchases (Facebook purchases only)
- Can view transaction history (Facebook only)
- Purchases are for in-game currencies
- PSRs can only see a limited amount of detail regarding the transactions
- Action log
- History of all user actions performed in-game
- User summary
- PSRs can leave notes about abuse of general trust
- User
- Shows basic avatar information about the user's in-game character
- Currency
- PSRs can modify and grant additional currency to the user
- PSRs will generally grant currency to make-up for any deficiency in-game that would occur in objects not being unlocked or purchased items not showing
- Research
- Shows research-able items in-game
- PSRs do not modify or change any research items in any way
- Heroes
- List of all heroes available in-game
- Owned tab shows heroes the user possesses
- PSRs do not modify or add any heroes for the user, in-game currency is offered for resolution
