1) Expanding/Collapsing a ticket has a transition movement of expanding/collapsing
2) Show transaction summary content is revealed with a wipe.
Dynamically embed fonts based on OS platform. Include only the required glyphs.
Make the layout work on lower resolution monitors
Better looking buttons. Look at adding color/glow effects. Make buttons as swfs for better effects instead of css. Could look at revisiting flex 4 spark for styling components (this would be a big undertaking)
Ability to position widgets to where the user would like. Everything is fixed position right now.
Ability to mimimize, maximize widgets within a task/components within a widget. Use icons and keyboard shortcuts within components of a widget.
Move required information out of tool-tips and display by default. Messages and Ticket Headers in Flurry are bad for this.
Add more hard gradients to tabs buttons & canvas, (like win xp, OSX look)
Add non modal editable flyouts to edit content. Clicking away from the flyout would close the flyout.
Ability to increase or decrase font size of content.
Add more icons, but not overkill the icons usage.
Add some color to components.
Reorganize some content such as transactions summary.
Better display mechanism for saved responses. Look at integrating a smart search with a tagging system
