Weekly Chat Report

A weekly chat report (see GSTECH-1943) is now generated for Monday mornings. Files will be available at file://cn-flor-nas01-prod.wdw.disney.com/COR-COR-GXTechnology_prod$/chatbot/reports/weekly/. These files will be PGP to prevent use by unauthorized parties. An email will be sent out with the download location of the generated report.

Decryption

To decrypt the reports, we will use Gpg4win as it has precedence for being used by Legacy-DCPI (Business Systems Techology's TDS servers).

  1. Download Gpg4win from https://gpg4win.org/download.html
    1. Select $0 donation and click Download
  2. Install Gpg4win with the default options
  3. Have an admin for Globalscape GXTechnology site install PGP key
    1. Launch GlobalScape EFT Server via https://remoteapps.disney.com/
    2. Log into filetransfer.disney.com:1108
    3. Select Tools → Manage OpenPGP Keys
    4. Select GX Technology (prod) (ID = 0FD2A031)
    5. Click Export
    6. Select Include private key in bottom-left of save dialogue
    7. Select location to save file
      1. Click Computer
      2. Click Save To My Device or network drive named after target computer
      3. Click Save
    8. Start Kleopatra (app installed by Gpg4win)
    9. Click Import
    10. Right click imported key, select Change Passphrase
    11. Enter existing passphrase
    12. Enter new passphrase

Files can now be decrypted from Windows Explorer by right clicking on the encrypted file (whatever.csv.pgp) and selecting Decrypt and verify. This will require you to enter the new passphrase and then click Save All.
