GX Technology : Chatbot - Ops - Backfilling Report Data

Create a new Cloud Scheduler Job

1. Name: backfill

2. Region: us-central1 (Iowa)

3. Description: Temporary Backfill Job

4. Frequency: 1 1 1 1 * (note: should be in the past to prevent automatic execution)

5. Timezone: Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)

   1. Actual timezone doesn't matter, but picker is difficult to use...

6. Target type: App Engine HTTP

7. URL: /backend/reports/chat/backfill/<start>/<end>

   1. The <start> and <end> parameters are formatted as yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ssZ

   2. eg: /backend/reports/chat/backfill/2023-07-25T20:00:00+0000/2023-07-25T23:59:59+0000

   3. UTC timezone (+0000) is used in most situations
8. HTTP Method: GET

1. View the Cloud Scheduler Jobs
2. Check the backfill job
3. Click "FORCE RUN"
4. Wait for "Status of last execution" to update to " Success" (may need to click "REFRESH")
5. If the job fails, click the three vertical dots  to the right of the job entry (under "Actions"), and click "View logs"

1. Click the job name
2. Edit the URL
3. Click "Update"
4. Go to step 2

1. Check the backfill job
2. Click "DELETE"
