Known Issues

MSS-4682 - Flurry - Undo undoes all text input not just a character at a time - Is signed off with the following as known which may be improved in a future release if required

Appears to remember/remove the last 100 characters, which I believe to be good.
If the users inserts a saved response, the undo no longer works.

MSS-5075 - Transactions - Does not display future payments

This isn't supported by PlaySpan for recurring payments

MSS-4903 Transactions - CP - Recurring ID is not available

This isn't supported by PlaySpan for recurring payments

MSS-5032 - Transactions - Unable to edit CP Billing info

This isn't supported by PlaySpan at the moment

MSS-5071 - Transactions - Comped transactions does not display the length of the comped time

MSS-5060 - Transactions - remove invoice does not remove invoice for the remainder of the day

Is Member now says no, but the date remains for the rest of the day. Might be an issue with REX

MSS-5058 - Account/Transaction - You can now purchase a membership for a non activated account

Issue with PlaySpan workflow, if a CSD gets an account claiming to be member but is not activated, manually activate the account, refresh rex, the transaction will show.

To be fixed while on Stage/Prior to Live:

MSS-5196 - Transactions - Advanced Search by billing address does not return results

MSS-5062 - Flurry - When a user has suspended multiple tickets and makes active one, the related tickets are not made active.

MSS-5227 -Transactions - PlaySpan transactions do not display billing phone number

Major - MSS-5269 - Transactions - Load more transactions - doesn't get more
- only 1 known account is having issues, other accounts checked load the next 25 transactions as expected.
Critical - MSS-5239 - Transactions - Advanced Search - searching by CC owner, Billing address, timesout
- Historic transaction IDs, and Billing Address (Street) still timeout if the results are from outside of the 30 days that are selected
- Confirmed with Jared that this can be deferred from the 4.3 release
