CS Support Tools 3.6 RC

Goals

Create UI to allow Team leads to add phrases, edit phrases and force update to live in support of Phrase Chat
Connection History and Mobile support!

User Impacting Changes

There is now the Phrase Chat Dictionary Task listed in the task manager
Updated the Error Message on Phone Log to be clearer when an incorrect email format is used
Tagging UI in "Create new ticket" , has been updated to fix the lack of scrollbar issue
Soft cancelled orders will not show a 'refund' in the transaction history.
Translation Fixes

3.5 Changes Included in this release :

Loading billing addresses is now faster for DOS South accounts
Moderator statistics collection has been fixed to capture the first action after an expired ticket
Added the affiliate and promotion information to Club Penguin accounts
"Toon Town" is now "ToonTown"
Connection History is now available for Club Penguin accounts (replicated functionality from Team Tools)
Added ability to resend activation emails for Club Penguin accounts
- Changed the manual activate button to be called 'Activate Account'
Added mobile upload history
Added account type for Club Penguin
Log in prompt shows the Release version (hardcoded) in the top right.

Known Issues

Mobile team is not ready yet - Upload history will not return any data at this time.
Phrase chat Dictionary has been hidden from the CSD as Phrase Chat is not ready yet
- MSS-2678 Phrase Chat - first attempt at add phrase gave an "Unknown error" seems to happen to the first user first time a phrase is added, after closing the error message add works with no issue.

MSS-2706 Enable all Dictionaries to be translatable

MSS-2383 PT Text on error message do not correspond to the same field selected

The old support tools (https://team.clubpenguin.com) are not compatible with the Firefox latest update (and Google Chrome) when working with moderation reports. The PSR are able to place a ban, however they can´t close the reports and move to the next one (the screen just freezes). It does work when the tool is opened in the older version of Firefox.

Add the following line to environment/system.inc.php (the value for the parameter must be the production value for the database table hosting mobile connection history - Nap7 we are assuming but that is up to tech ops)
