GX Technology : Chatbot - Requesting Dialogflow Project (POC)

This is the guide for creating a DialogFlow project until it is generally available (GA) and approved for use by security.

Step-by-step guide

Request AI/ML, architecture, privacy, and security reviews

  1. Create an AI/ML review page
  2. File an AIML ticket for review
  3. Await architecture/privacy review
  4. Submit security review


Once the above is complete, request an environment

  1. Login to https://thor.disid.disney.com/googleCloud
  2. Select Create POC Project
  3. Fill out information
    1. GXChatbot
    2. An automated system for interacting with guests to assist with troubleshooting common issues. There will be no runtime integrations with any Disney systems. No PII, PCI, or guest data will be requested.
      This is a continuation of the Retail Chatbot POC with an emphasis on deflecting support requests to self-service utilities.
    3. Dialogflow
    4. <disid>@disney.io

  4. Submit form
  5. Create reminder in calendar of when the project expires (it is automatically taken down after 90 days)
