The notes tab should have the following componenets
1) View Notes - Notes can be filtered by type (account, financial, player) Tooltip is context sensitive (based on note type)
2) View History
3) View Summarized Ban History (with current state of ban, don;t need each ban history item)
4) Add Note
By default, show the first 5 records of each components should be displayed, plus full view to add a note. Each component should have a count of records for each note.
One or more components can be open or closed at any time. (similar to how tickets work in flurry)
Add ability to expand/collapse all components
Other side notes on other components
In Account Ban History, look at a better way to display the full ban history
In Account Summary, find out what key items current CSR/PSR use and make them more noticable
In Transactions Summary, look at a better way to display the 4 groups of data in the small space.
