When ramping on a Product we require several bits of information so that they exist in Axis.

As we start our direct billing model for groups we need a way to track what work is completed for each group.
To do this the team has agreed to us the "Log work" feature in JIRA to track the hours completed against each ticket. Those tickets are also given a Label so that we can run a search for the work completed each quarter to reconcile billing and hopefully begin to understand the cost of supporting an integrated partner after initial setup.
