Reps are still using Team Tools to lookup code redemption info
UGC Moderation freezes often, images do not load, often have to exit and re-enter UGC Moderation module to get things working again
Reps. are regularly encountering cases where the users are "dictionary dancing" – one character per message sent to convey banned words, etc.
Mod reports chat loads slowly, reps. are using multiple instances of GX tools open in multiple windows to speed up workflow by pre-loading
Sometimes to speed up Mod reports, reps. are clearing browser cache but not Flash cache – some are not even aware that there is a difference
More often than not, reps. have to scroll the mod report chat window
Reps. really don't like having to review duplicates of reports that they've already moderated
Name approvals – it would be nice if Infinity name approvals also provided email below the name for ease of moderation and check against PII
Name approvals are sandwiched towards the top left of the browser window – reps are using Gx tools in full screen mode and there is plenty of room to stretch to screen width (1080p) and have more name approvals visible (in big block mode)
Reps. are reporting that the font size has decreased over the last version
Loading of chat data in Mod Reports trickles in slowly
Some reps. know about the keyboard shortcuts but still don't use them
Dictionary button not so useful on Mod Reports
Name approvals – Perhaps GX Tools can identify known words that will be rejected
Reps. often make notes about name approval rejections and have to open the account window which can be slow
Rejected name approvals that contained bad/common words that may repeat are not recorded anywhere
Reps. often copy a phrase (such as PII violation or similar) and paste it as it is the most common reason for rejection
