CS Support Tools 3.1.0 RC:
Major features in this release are:
- Revamped Notes System
- Mail queue preferences
- Updates to the Flurry system to circumvent the db deadlock issue (previously released on Aug 26th)
- Ability to re-size fonts in the email message windows
- Added the flurry color coding legend
- Support for PayPal recurring payments and 3 new currencies: Israeli shekel, the South African Rand and the Turkish Lira
- Various minor bug fixes from UAT.

Quality Assurance:
QA has completed a pass on the test environment Live in all languages.
- Localization testing has not been completed as translations were just submitted on Monday Aug 30.
- Known issues:
- MSS-1497 Client not clearing checkout from screen after checkout expires.
- Must have flash 10.1, older versions will experience performance issues.
- Does not look great on smaller/non widescreen monitors - in as MSS-394 and MSS-391
- Edit billing email address "not implemented for Club Penguin" in Jira as MSS-1466 Has been resolved in RC3.1.1
- Unable to see failed attempts of a Memb Grace in Jira as MSS-1482
- “Currently Checked out by”, Advanced Flurry Search and Ban history, "loading” messages remaining on the screen after they should have been cleared. in Jira as MSS-1475 Has been resolved in RC3.1.1
- Updating DOS South account info gives notification that it didn’t work. Re-searching the accounts shows the change was successful. in Jira as MSS-1465 Has been resolved in RC3.1.1 but can not be confirmed fixed on Stage will test live.
- Help/Legend says: "manually forgiven bans are green background" - does not currently - in Jira as MSS-1480
- Help/Legend says: Note are colour coated by type - Does not currently - in Jira as MSS-1481
Deployment Instructions:
SVN: The build should be taken from the Deadly Deinonychus branch in SVN (http://svn.clubpenguin.net/support_tools/branches/sprints/DeadlyDeinonychus)
DB/Config changes should be done in advance of application deployment.
Application deployment is service impacting - DB scripts from Deadly Deinonychus (support/0003.sql and support/0004.sql) will impact Team Tools.
