Fixes
MSS-1758: As a SR I need the ability to opt people out of emails so that when someone calls and wants off the list I can do it manually
UI Fixes:
MSS-1788: Increased Default Font size of the ticket response text area, and the checked out email description
MSS-1789: Increased the Default height of the ticket response text area
MSS-1790: Changed the response when no data has been located to "No Data Found"
MSS-1791: Changed the Combobox's in the ticket response window, to have default prompt text
Backend Changes:
MSS-1771: Added support for reading/writing the email subscription opt-in flag for CP
MSS-1772: Changed CP parent email update process to preserve/disable CP email subscription opt-in based on business rules

There are no database scripts or configuration changes required for this release.
Make /var/www/includes/Library/HtmlPurifier/standalone/HTMLPurifier/DefinitionCache/Serialized/HTML writable by web server. This is in regard to the following log entry
