CS Support Tools 3.4 RC

Goals

  • Migrating all available green tool functionality to the new CSTools - removing the need for the CSD to utilize the green tool on a daily basis.

User Impacting Changes

  • Pending payments in the data grid are no longer yellow text in ES/FR/PT
  • The expiration date of transaction is now set to the cancellation date if hard cancelled
  • A "Ban Date" column has been added to the ban history display
  • Moved cancellation date under the expiry date so users can clearly see if a recurring payment was cancelled before expire/renew
  • System notes grid now displays 'NA' in the 'By' column for notes generated by the system
  • The root cause of the "String could not be parsed as XML" error message has been resolved
  • Transaction data grid now sorts by expiration date
  • Invoice Summary in ES/FR/PT no longer generates scroll bars
  • Disabled hot keys that send out emails
  • Registration date for account is now displayed
  • Delinquent DOS South payments are now shown as failed payments
  • Past Due DOS South payments now have a grace attached to purchase
  • Soft cancel information (date, admin) is now displayed for Club Penguin accounts
  • First and Last names now appear under "Billing Information"
  • Hard cancels (refunds) now set an invoice's expiry date to the date it was hard cancelled
  • Invoice history is now ordered correctly
  • Payment types are now accurate for subscriptions with mixed payment types
  • Edit fields for DOS D-names and CP passwords now return to the normal state after being edited
  • Purchasing a new, recurring subscription will no longer make previous subscriptions appear to be recurring
  • Now possible to refund multiple invoices from a single CP subscription
  • Hard canceling member grace no longer attempts to refund money
  • Comping a CP membership will no longer appear to have refunded/removed the previous subscription
  • Comp memberships no longer show as recurring
  • Refunds show proper purchase amount in the data grid
  • REx flag now accurate, able to reset rights to play (pending QA approval on stage)

Known Issues

  • Unredeemed gift subscriptions cannot be searched. Use Team Tools or Green for this functionality.
  • MSS-2306 Transactions - Hard cancelling member grace should not attempt to refund.
    • can confirm it  does not attempt to refund the account anymore, but can not confirm if it cancels the recurring and removes the membership time
