CS Support Tools 3.4.2 Hot-fix

Goals

• To fix the Flurry duplicate checkout issue
• To update CP Financial Code to use the Postback web service for account cancellation and refunds.

User Impacting Changes

• Flurry should no longer have duplicate checkouts

Known Issues

• Team Tools Flurry users may still get duplicate checkouts as the fix was applied to CS Support Tools
  • This is minimal risk as Team Tools Flurry users will mostly be operating out of alternate queues
  • CS Support Tools should be considered the authoritative checkout
