What should we have done better?

  • Darlesson - uncovering work we hadn't thought to include.
  • Kate - Keep iterating on escalation process. Example from today with Zendesk outage.
    • Harrison - How to account for times when we notice the issue first, include that in our procedures.
  • Dave - Disney+ project tracking - documentation, historical reporting, injection tracking, scope/timelines, etc.
  • Matt - Disney+ had too many last minute requirements changes
    • Keep making tickets better for Matt to QA
  • Stephen - unsure about EMEA ownership. Sphen and Kate to take away to find out more.
  • Cody
    • Calling out the deadline for V1 > V2 app update. Time tracker and Views app.
  • Curtis:
    • The aquarium coffee tasted worse than our swill
    • External Teams continue to be indecisive
    • ADA fixes are tricky at times
