What did we do well?

  • Being able to pull in the Devon plugin and get it complete. 
  • Able to flex into the ZD migration tasks. 
    • Darlesson rewriting the Answer Suggestion app
    • Kevin taking point on redirects

What should we have done better?

  • Devon plugin - could've put this on Build's radar earlier so they could plan it into the same sprint that we'd be complete. 
  • Unforeseen blockers with service account. 
    • B/C service account is not working, we are not able to access the APIs. This has been escalated to Google. 
  • More problems with Audit logs than anticipated. 
    • Weren't designed for the types of things we're trying to use them for now. 
    • Problems are security related and we need to prioritize rewriting them. 
  • Had to rewrite the Answer Suggestion app in ZD from scratch
  • Injections with ZD migration taking mental time away from Axis/Chat Bot
  • Planning regular deploys (isn't helping)
