- Getting ahead on groups - this is an example of where a simple UI with limited server interactions is good to be ahead on. Other things that require intensive communications it would be better for server to be ahead.
- Pre-moderation hit-rates are exceeding all expectations! WAHOO! x2
- Jenkins hasn't complained about any broken builds!
- External recognition for communication and responsiveness
- This sick people are back
- Learned about DB perf optimization and some testing on the VM
What should we have done better?
- Sickness, fatigue & medicine (x2)
- Setting up first name queues was SUPER painful:
- associating with a product
- languages - ordering needs to be more explicit.
- room is feeling negative, is it time for a team builder?
