- 2x team builder!
- Task Breakdowns - collaboration outside of the backlog refinement BEFORE we actually started the work! WAHOO!
- launch was smooth
- Muhammad - getting into the spring stack and taking a break from avatar
- Muhammad - learning Spring/Hibernate
- Created more documentation - Creating a UGC Campaign, Creating Products
What should we have done better?
- Created more documentation for existing processes & tech
- Watched a fail army video to kick off retro
- Creepy cleaner casing Penut's desk - stage it
- Lots of playspan issues.......this needs to have a tech rewrite on our side (schedule into a roadmap)
Actions
- ALL to take on a minimum of 1 guest facing bug per release.
- ALL - ensure we have requirements that include documentation for how to maintain & support (maintenance info for us, updated runbooks for tech ops)
- Unknown User (azamm001) to take on moving existing documentation as per above under the Operations section of the confluence space
- ALL - as legacy things come up that are not documented we need to be vigilant about updating and adding to the above Operations section
- Playspan - as things come up find the responsive 'good' playspan people.
