Interaction Design (IX)

PM engages UX team to explore user needs & user stories—

  1. IX assigned to Confluence User Story exploration
  2. Design begins
  3. Wires in InVision
    1. Design Review
      • IX marks InVision screens as “Needs Review”

      • PM comments or marks “Approved" in InVision
    2. Engineering Review
      • PM schedules read-outs
      • Review design and requirements
      • Update design w/ clarifications
  4. Design proceeds to Visual Design, or Development

Each Confluence > JIRA ticket should include the following:
  1. Flows: [link to Documentation in InVision]
  2. Wires: [link to Screens in InVision]

Visual Design (UI)

To request comps, create a subtask on the appropriate platform—

  1. Begin Visual Design
  2. Comps in InVision
    • Peer Review in InVision with design team

    • Approved visuals published to Zeplin
  3. Implementation

Each JIRA ticket should include the following:
